Jennifer Keane grew up in Long Island, NY and moved to Florida at 10 years old. Keane moved to Manhattan at 18 to pursue acting. She graduated, majoring in musical theatre, from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and started coaching with Susan Batson. She wrote a one person show based on the true breakthrough story of Shirley MacLaine which Susan Batson directed. Shortly after, she moved to Los Angeles. She booked her first lead role in an independent film, a Google commercial and Lufthansa commercial. Keane also appeared in 'City Bus' a short film Boswell anthology directed by Lauren Hoekstra which was filmed for James Franco. Upon moving back to New York, she wrote and directed her own short film 'SNAP' allowing her to join SAG-AFTRA.
