Dave Walpole was born on August 11th, 1986, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He is the middle child of Marion Walpole, a nurse for the Hamilton General, and Bryon Walpole, a contractor and musician. He was a student for the Humber College Comedy Writing and Performance program, but dropped out in his second year after securing a job, as an entertainer and host, for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. After returning home, to follow a more traditional acting career, he made his debut in 2013 for an indie film titled The Volunteer. Known for his work in film, and television and hosting channels on Youtube such as; his personal channel FTD Facts, and as a former host of the news channel Informoverload. While not limiting himself to his Youtube personality, he was eventually he was cast in "Black Watch: Snipers", directed by Robin Bicknell, where he played Mike Brunner. The project went on to receive a nomination for the Canadian Screen Award's for Best Historical Docudrama of 2018. The streamed five part show "Bed Time Stories for Men" (2017) was his first project where he received the lead for a television show. Recently, he played the lead for a short film entitled "IF", directed by David Quinn of Skin and Bones, which also received the "Audience Award" at the Cannes Lions Straight 8 Shoot Out Competition in 2018. His upcoming project "Sew The Winter to my Skin" directed by South Africa's Jahmil Qubeka, and produced by Layla Stwart/ Yellowbone Entertainment is in consideration for the 2018 film festival run, and has been accepted into TIFF as a Contemporary World Cinema Presentation. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Author
